The bylaws of Oji-Ugo Women Association (OWA), aka Professional African Women Association (PAWA), are our internal affairs guide for the essential operation of the association. Our initial bylaws were adopted in July 2017, the year of the association’s inception. Once a year members use a majority vote to decide and approve the amendment of the bylaws.

Each member of OWA receives a copy of the bylaws upon registration.
